정현진 선생님의 English Yoga Class(4 주)가 10월18일 개강했습니다.^^
정 현진 선생님이 지도하는 English Yoga Class(4 week Course)가 10월18일 오후 2 시 개강되었습니다. 많은 인원은 아니지만 모두 진지하게 선생님의 영어 구령에 맞추어서 요가를 배우고 수련하는 시간이었습니다.
Let us practice vidalasana. Vidala means cat, and asana means posture. Raise your head, inhale and exhale etc...
아오마에서는 국제화 시대에 발맞추기 위하여 영어로 진행하는 요가 수업과, 요가지도자/전문가들을 위한 집중적인 영어강좌, 지도자 과정 등을 영어로도 수강할 수 있도록 준비가 되어있으며, 앞으로 더욱 이 부분을 발전시키려고 합니다. 관심있는 많은 분들의 참여와 호응 바랍니다.
English yoga class(4 week course) taught by Miss Jeong, Hyeon-Jin opened at 2 p.m. of 18th of October in grand asana hall of AomA Yoga Academy at GwangJang-dong of Seoul.
Although there were not much students, all of them were studying and practising very seriously according to the English instruction of the teacher.

AomA Yoga Academy are trying to provide English yoga classes, intensive English courses as well as teacher training course through English medium etc.. to prepare international era and will try to develop more in this regard. We expect more participation and response of many people.
