The Yoga Courses for the Common People

* Introduction : These are the courses of yogic practices and theories for the common people who have interest to
manage one's own body and mind, to introspect and healing oneself.
Everybody who has interest can join without having any restriction in the illigibility and capacity.
* Illigibility : Everybody who want to learn yogic techniques and theories.

[1] The Courses of Yogic Technique for Common People
   1) 'Comfortable Yoga Class(3~6 times per week, Class) for the beginners'
   => The Class for the people who want to practice yoga like simple body exercise.
   2) Basic Asana Course for Common People(4 Week Course, Class/Private Lesson)
   => The Course for the people who want to learn systematically
   3) Applied Asana Class(Occasaional application, Class)
   =>The Class for the people who want to experience various and intensive asanas.
[2] The Yogic Theory Courses for the Common People
   1) Basic Yoga Theory Course(One-day course : Four Lectures) :
    The Basic Theory Course to help yoga practice
   2) The Lectures of Yoga*Meditation Theories / Philosophy and Psychology etc... :
   Although these are the courses for the yoga teachers, common people also can attend.

The Courses to Train the Yoga Teachers and Researchers

* Introduction : To help the deep yoga practice for the yoga teachers and researchers / To train and support the
yoga teachers and researchers.
* Illigibility : Everybody can attend the lectures without restriction, but when issuing the certificate proper academic background is required.
* Combined Courses : The Combined Course of the seperated courses can be opened for the students who
already have undertaken certain level of yogic education and have high level academic background.

[1] The Courses of Yogic Technique for the Yoga Teachers / Researchers
   1) An Intermediate Course(6 week Scripture Asana Course, Class / Private Lesson) :
   → Learn the Full Course and all the asanas in the hathayoga scriptures
   2) A Specilized Course (8 week Kumbhaka Course, Class / Private Lesson) :
   → Learn all the yogic breathing techniques in the hathaga scriptures.
   3) An Advanced Course (12 week Mudra Course, Private Lesson) :
   → Learn all the important mudra techniques
   4) A Deepening Course (16 week Layayoga Course, Private Lesson) :
   → It helps to realize the deep dissolution of the body and mind for higher practice.
   5) An Accomplishing Course (Rajayoga 16 week Course, Private Lesson) :
   → It helps to practice deep meditation to realize the accomplishment of yoga.

[2] AomA Yoga Teacher Training Courses (AYTTC)
   1) The Real 3rd Grade Yoga Teacher Training Course(Certificate in Yoga Education):
   → To train Asana Teachers(They can conduct 'Comfortable Yoga Class', 'Basic Asana Course',
   'Applied Asana Class',
   + : 'Intermediate Asana Course' and Private Lesson
   2) The Real 2nd Grade Yoga Teacher Training Course(Diploma in Yoga Education) :
   → To train Kumbhka Teachers(They can conduct the Kumbhaka Course)
   + : To train the teachers who can conduct the Real 3rd Grade YTTC.
   3) The Real 1st Grade YTTC(Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Education) :
   → To train Mudra Teachers(They can conduct Mudra Course)
    + : To train the teachers who can conduct the Real    2nd Grade YTTC.
   4) The Highest Grade YTTC(Master Diploma in Yoga Education) :
   → To train Meditation Teachers(One can conduct Meditation Course)

   5) The Teacher's Supervisor TTC (Doctorate Diploma in Yoga Education) :
   → To train the supervisors of yoga teachers (One can work as a supervisor of Yoga Teachers.)

   6) The Re-education and Support Courses for Yoga Teachers and Researchers :
